Rod is the trainer that I trust.  He has the experience and knowledge to work with clients of all fitness levels.  Although I had been a competitive athlete in my youth. I started working with Rod in my 40's at a time when I was woefully out of shape.  I really like that Rod could customize our work-out routines to improve my fitness level and escalate to maximize my fitness gains and eliminate the boredom that so often sabotages ones fitness routine.  Rod is a great motivator and pushes me to work harder during each work-out session, but safely is one of his paramount concerns.  Yes, you'll know that you've had a good work out when you have trained with Rod!  However, you will be able to get out of the bed next morning.  Over time, Rod has helped me increase my level of fitness to where I am healthier, more confident and more energetic and can lead a more active lifestyle.  I recommend FacsFitness to anyone looking for the answer to attaining their individual sports or fitness goals.---
